What we collect
When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The service you’re interested in and your message
- Technical details sent with the form, such as your IP address and browser type, which help us spot spam
If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and schedule service
- To follow up about work we’re doing for you
- To keep records for our business
The inquiry form sends your request to the shop; it does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
Your inquiry is stored in our website’s database and emailed to our shop inbox. The companies that host our website and deliver our email handle it on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Our site links to other websites, such as Facebook, GoFundMe and boat manufacturers. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies and doesn’t track you across other sites. WordPress uses cookies for logged-in administrators. During private site review, an access cookie may also be used. If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are stored in the website database and sent to the shop inbox. Contact the shop to ask about retention or request deletion of your inquiry.
